What is the verification process as a vendor?

When registering, all vendors are asked to agree to our terms. The business owner must upload a profile image of themselves. Customers on Black Bronze Shopping Mall would like to ensure that they are supporting a Black owned business, Although, there is no way to ensure that everyone who is selling on the site is indeed “Black”, our team take special provision to ensuring that buying from a black company. How do I close my vendor account?

To withdraw your consent in becoming a vendor or use of our services. If your account does not have any open issues such as unpaid bills, unfulfilled orders, unresolved cases, or policy violations. You will receive an email with instructions to confirm your deletion request. Please Email: [email protected]

Why are my products listed as "not available for purchase?"

You will need to ensure that you have fill out everything on your dashboard for example, Vendor verification, Account settings, Full address

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

How Do I Track My Order?

When you buy an item you will receive a order number along with your receipt sent to your email address. Once your item has been despatch you will obtain a tracking number from the vendor
